For 40 years, I’ve lived and breathed sales. I’ve made cold calls, closed million-dollar deals, built long-term partnerships, and led teams through uncertainty and change. But more than anything, I’ve learned that sustainable success in sales comes down to three things:

  • A mindset rooted in purpose
